Our wines
The varieties are different and typical of the local appellation Côte de Provence.
During the harvest, the varieties Grenache, Cinsault, Syras and others Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan, Mourvèdre, Rolle, Ugni blanc, and Clairette are harvested by hand and machine.
Harvests start from 5 in the morning with the machine, with the fresh atmosphere of the night for possible maceration of rosé wine and white wine. It is made by hand during the rest of the morning for the red wine free, not much inputs, and tiny dose of sulphite.
The Aubigue wine batch
This is the name of one of our plots. This is a powerful and balanced wine batch with the three colour: red, white and rosé.
The white is a mix of Rolle, Ugni blanc and Clairette, with a maturing on fine lees during 3 months in demi-muids.
The rosé is generally a mix of Cinsault, Grenache, and Syrah completed by Rolle.
The red is a mix of Syrah, Grenache, Barbernet Sauvignon and Carignan. It passes through demi-muids during approximately 6 months to 1 year to soften the tannins while keeping the notes of mature fruits.
The Impulsion wine batch “free added sulphite”
Our last and new is the result of a complete and controlled balance: Impulsion.
In red and rosé, this young wine mixing Cinsault, Grenache, and Syrah, did not received any sulphite from the beginning of its conception to the end of it.
This is a fruity and light wine.
