Biological chicken - Biological ducks

The spirit of biodynamic culture tends to obtain a balance between men, plants and animals in the farm.
We grow our chicken in the wooden part of the Domaine, under holm oaks, pines and LENTISQUES.
Chickens, guinea fowls, ducks, ducklings, fattened chickens, and capons in winter are grown outdoors. They are feed with bio wheat and other cereals with bio PROTEAGINEUX.

The poultry manure is composted and spread through the vines to fertilize and activate life in the soil.

Certified “bio” by ECOCERT, poultry are slaughtered on site and sold with reservation. The yare ready to cook, directly at the Domaine.

The slaughter is made each Thursday. Reservations are available until Wednesday evenings.
